What styles and fabric are available?
For our main Drawstring Bags there are three sizes and lots of different designs to choose from. See our Bags page for our current sizes and fabric options. All oter bags are available only in the styles and colours shown
For bag tags there is also a wide range of colours and styles. See our Tags And Other Gear page for current styles
Are the bags "machine washable"? What are the care instructions?
Yes, our bags are machine washable. We recommend that you wash them separately first, and thereafter machine wash in cold water with similar colours. To avoid shrinkage we recommend that you do not tumble dry.
What are your postage charges and delivery times?
For Australian orders under A$50.00 postage and handling is A$6.50. For orders over A$50 and international orders please call or email us to discuss.
Can I have my purchase "Express Delivered"?
Yes, Express Post options for most Australian orders costs A$8.50.
What's the payment process?
Once you've sent us your completed order form and we've received your payment, your order will be processed. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, cheque, money order or direct debit.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Once payment has been received and your order has been processed it will be despatched within 14 days.
What is your refund policy?
That's My Bag is committed to bringing you quality products which you and your children will adore. If you're not happy with them, please return in original condition within 21 days and we'll glady refund or replace them.
Can you gift wrap?
Yes, gift wrapping is available for A$3.00 for standard orders. On the order form please advise who you'd like it to be sent to and a message for the card.
