CARING FOR YOUR DRAWSTRING BAGS

All our drawstring cotton bags are machine washable. We recommend that you wash them separately first, and thereafter machine wash in cold water with similar colours. To avoid shrinkage we recommend that you do not tumble dry.

ORDERING

How do I order?

  • You can order online via the Shopping Cart
  • You can send us your order via the Contact Us form (but do not send credit card information using this form)

Is it safe to order online?
Yes! We use the latest industry standard 128-bit shared Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology.

Are my personal details safe?
Absolutely! Once your order is processed and payment is received your credit card details are deleted.

Do I need to become a member?
No - membership is not required to shop. Sign up for membership if you would your details retrained for future shopping and if you would like to access a history of your orders.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, cheque, money order or direct debit, but the fastest option is to pay online using a credit card.

Credit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. To protect your credit card and personal details, we use the latest industry standard 128-bit shared SSL security. While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure the security of the server, we cannot guarantee that it will be free from unauthorised use or hacking.

If you would like to pay using a credit card but don’t want to pay online, please call (02) 9400 0113, and we’ll take your payment details over the phone.

As soon as your order is processed, all customer credit card details are deleted and no card records are held.

Money Order & Cheque

We happily accept cheques and money orders.

When selecting the method of payment in the shopping cart, please choose Money Order or Cheque. Please write your name and order ID (located in the top, middle of your cart order receipt) on the back of the Money Order or Cheque and post it to:

PAYMENT DIFFICULTIES?

My payment won't go through, what's wrong?
The majority of transactions will not encounter any difficulties. However if your payment doesn’t go through smoothly, the most common reasons include:

  • The web browser being used does not have cookies enabled.
  • The credit card being used does not have the international transactions facility enabled.
  • The payment system has timed out. The system will cut off your payment connection if it has been idle for one hour.

Some potential solutions include:

  • Enable cookies in your browser (this setting is usually found in the browser options).
  • Contact your bank to ensure international transactions are enabled for your credit card.
  • Go to the view cart section again to reinitiate the payment process.
  • Try another credit card, it sounds obvious but it sometimes does the trick.
  • Try another computer, this also sounds really obvious but sometimes the security settings on a computer system can prevent the successful completion of a transaction.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the products ordered and the delivery address. The shipping costs are automatically calculated and will appear in your Shopping Cart.

If you’d like us to ship to countries other than Australia, please contact us and we will confirm freight costs and delivery times..

Can I have my purchase "Express Delivered"?
Yes, Australian orders can be sent via Express Post.

The cost is as follows:

  • For orders less than 500 gm: $10.00
  • For orders 500gm – 3kg : $13.00

How long will my order take?
In most cases, your order will be dispatched the day after payment has been received.
If there is a delay, we’ll send you an email to let you know.

All orders are set via Australia Post who advise of the following delivery times:

  • Within Australia most capital cities: 1-5 working days
  • Within Australia remote & regional areas: 3 -10 working days.

PRICES
All prices are in Australian Dollars. They do not include overseas duty charges and customs charges for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the parcel recipient. All pricing is subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS
That’s My Bag is committed to bringing you quality products which you and your children will adore. If you're not happy with them, please return in original condition within 14 days and we'll gladly refund or replace them.

All returned goods must be unused and in their original state, and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees when returning items.
